In 1999, he was graduated from University of Science and Technology Beijing, and entered the Beijing IT industry in 1998. During 4 years in IT industry, he worked successively at Electronic Information Development Division of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and "China's audio-video" magazine. He led the team to develop large-scale e-commerce sites of "China's audio-video" magazine and enterprise information platform like OA, SCM, CRM, which successfully broke into the western market and were adopted by many large and middle scale enterprises of Sichuan.
In 2003, he returned to Chengdu to start his own business. In March, 2003, he founded the Chengdu Qifeng Wei Technology Co., Ltd., and its core site: Mobile phone players club of (joyes.com), and takes the lead to promote the independent free WAP website (wap.joyes.com), providing personalized mobile Internet users with mobile entertainment content for collecting, creating, publishing, managing, sharing and other services based on WEB / WAP exchange platform and community.
In early 2004, he was obtained the first angel investment; the joyes.com was officially operated in a corporation shape. In 2005, Mobile phone players club of (joyes.com) was developed to more than 800 million mobile phone entertainment users, which becomes the China¡¯s biggest wap site and also the only profitable wireless Internet wap site, favored by investors.
In October 2005, he received millions of dollars in venture capital. Afterwards, he changed his company brand from" Mobile phone players club¡± to ¡°Zhuoyu¡± and committed to the development of high-speed wireless Internet industry. By the mean time, he adjusted the business strategy to focus on delivering mobile gaming services to build China's first mobile phone games portal. ¡°Zhuoyu¡± Will provide better personalized services for mobile phone game manufacturers and mobile phone users.
