China Digital Entertainment Summit Forum (abbr: Summit) is the annual spotlight in ChinaJoy. Mr. Tianqiao Chen, the CEO of Shanda, one of the leading companies in the industry, annually presents on the Summit to introduce Shanda’s new strategy and vision to the public. As what he did before, Mr. Tianqiao Chen will also present this year. In the Summit of 2007, Mr. Tianqiao Chen declared his Fengyun Plan (a plan of recruiting talent), and what’s up next in 2008? 　　Tianqiao Chen has served as chairman and chief executive officer since Shanda’s inception in 1999. Mr. Chen served as director of the office of the president of Kinghing Trust & Investment Co., Ltd from 1998 to 1999, and held various management roles with Shanghai Lujiazui Group from 1994 to 1998. He holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from Fudan University

　　Mr. Chen serves as an alternative member of the 15th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Youth League. He currently serves as an executive board member of the Shanghai Federation of Industry and Commerce. In addition, he is a member of Shanghai Games Committee and serves as vice chairman of China Games Committee, vice president of Shanghai Youth Development Foundation, and vice chairman of Shanghai Information Services Association. He is a member of board of directors at Fudan University.
